If you are new around here and want to start from the beginning take a look at this post and then come on back over here.

You guys voted (over on the Gram) for me to create with cardboard for this week.

Day 66

Reuse, recycle, reduce this is one of my studio mottos. Therefore, I have quite a bit of what others might consider trash lying around. This week it was fun to create with leftover cardboard box pieces, repurposing trash.

Days 67 & 68

The inspiration behind Day 67 is the new connections, cultures, experience, and people that you encounter when traveling. Travel makes the world a bit smaller and our understanding and empathy to others a bit greater.

Day 68 is all about the yummy cardboard texture.

Applying some tar to the cardboard to bring out the crevices and texture.

Working on the background a bit more. I start to see a landscape scene.

Day 70

Does this look like a Star Wars themed piece? My wonderful very supportive husband thinks it looks like some sort of outer space scene from the movie.

I hope you enjoyed the behind the scenes look - if you want even more sneak peeks be sure to sign up for my newsletter.

If you don’t follow me over on Instagram and want to vote come follow me. Every Friday I put up a poll and you get to vote on what I use in the next weeks creations. It’s fun to see what the majority prefers.

Bye for now - Stacy
