colorful paper scraps and encaustic collage layers with beeswax

If you are new around here and want to start from the beginning take a look at this post. You guys had voted (over on the Gram) for paper scraps for this week. I Started out by gluing down each scrap paper to some mat board.

Day 32

If you don’t follow me over on Instagram and want to vote come follow me. Every Friday I put up a poll and you get to vote on what I use in the next weeks creations. It’s fun to see what the majority prefers.

Day 33 & 34

Sometimes you just need to shut the noise out. The door in this piece represents that. Shutting out the distractions, clearing your head, and calming your heart.

Not every day goes smoothly and it can be an uphill climb - You might fall on that uphill climb, but its about getting back up and starting the climb again. Here's to getting back up; to learning and growing; to listening; to giving each other and ourselves grace and love - lots of love.
